Dongguan Moldoworks Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013 and is located at Building 2, No. 6 Zhenrong North Road, Chang’an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province. We specialize in injection mold design, precision mold component machining, and custom CNC precision parts production.


Our core products include critical mold components such as mold inserts (cavity/core), inserts, ejector pins, collapsible cores, lifters, and sliders, as well as a wide range of high-precision CNC-machined mechanical parts. These parts are widely used in high end manufacturing sectors such as automotive, medical devices, new energy equipment, and 3C electronics.

We are equipped with advanced precision machining equipment, including Makino and Sodick EDM machines from Japan, slow wire EDM cutting systems, and high specification CNC machining centers, enabling us to reliably manufacture high-precision, complex mold components with micron-level tolerance control.
Testing Center

To ensure the high precision and consistency of mold components, our company is equipped with advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), which are fully integrated into every stage of quality control—from incoming material inspection and in-process monitoring to final product verification.


The CMM enables precise measurement of dimensional and geometric tolerances at the micron level, effectively verifying critical features such as complex surfaces, lifter angles, and insert fit clearances against design specifications.


By comparing CMM measurement data directly with the original 3D CAD model, we can promptly identify machining deviations and rapidly optimize processes to prevent non-conforming parts from progressing to the next stage. All inspection reports are fully traceable and archived, meeting customers’ requirements for quality transparency and compliance.


Combined with our ISO 9001 quality management system, CMM-based inspection has become a cornerstone of our commitment to achieving “zero-defect delivery.”
